We have provided recommendations below on troubleshooting tips for connecting an Epson TM Series printer to your device. At this time, Popmenu does not support printing with any other EPSON series printers.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Popmenu for Owners application currently works with EPSON: EPSON TM-T20II, EPSON TM-T20III, EPSON TM-M30, and EPSON TM-T88VI printers. Check out What Type of Printer Should I Purchase for Online Ordering.

  • Make sure you have downloaded or updated the latest version of the Popmenu for Owners app, and your device software is at least iOS 12 or Android 6.0

  • Update Popmenu for Owners app to version 5.2 or higher for iOS (Apple app store) and Android (Google Play Store)

  • Make sure all Drivers, Utilities, and Admin Tools are properly loaded. You can find these drivers on the EPSON support page.

  • You can also retrieve all setup guides on the EPSON support page.

  • Only 1 Epson printer can be connected at a time.

  • If issues persist with EPSON printers, please contact EPSON support at (562) 276-1314 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST.
