Now Popmenu offers reservations for your most loyal guest. Popmenu Reservations allows you to add reservations for customers by specific day and time, allows customers to request a reservation on a day and time directly from your Popmenu website and allows you to accept or decline that reservation

How Customers Request Reservations

Customers can now request reservations straight from your Popmenu website.

How Customers Request a Reservation on Your Website

  • Customers will go to your URL

  • Select "Reservations" on the navigation bar

  • Fill out details, time, and special instructions.

  • Asked if they would like to also be notified by SMS message.

  • Submit Reservation Request

Customers will receive an email message and a text message if asked to notify once they submit their reservation request.

How to accept or decline a customer’s reservation

Popmenu dashboard admins can accept or decline reservations placed on their Popmenu website.

To respond to a reservation:

  • Go to your Popmenu for Owners application or my.popmenu.com

  • Select Front of House

  • Select Reservations

  • Choose Tab Today and/or Upcoming

  • Accept or Decline customer reservation

How to seat your guests with reservations

Popmenu dashboard admins can seat reservations when a customer arrives for their reservation:

  • Go to your Popmenu for Owners application or my.popmenu.com

  • Select Front of House

  • Select Reservations

  • Choose Tab Today and/or Upcoming

  • Select Seat customer reservation

How to manually add a customer to your reservations list

Admins will have access to add reservations to customers who call into the restaurant directly.

  • Go to your Popmenu for Owners application or my.popmenu.com

  • Select Front of House

  • Select Reservations

  • Select Add Guest

  • Fill out Customer Details and Add

  • When the Customer arrives – Seat


How to adjust a customer’s reservations

Sometimes seating is not available for the customer’s desired time. As an admin, you can accept a reservation and adjust the time of the reservation. The client will get a confirmation via email and/or text message. For transparency, make sure to contact the customer and see if they would like to keep the adjusted time.

  • Go to your Popmenu for Owners application or my.popmenu.com

  • Select Front of House

  • Select Reservations

  • Select Guest

  • Edit Time

  • Save
