With OrderNerd, you have the ability to edit live orders directly from the app. This is great for if a customer tries to request something that is an additional price or if you forgot to mark an item out of stock. Note: This is not available in the Popmenu for Owners app.
Live order editing works for all third party ordering providers in OrderNerd except Slice and Popmenu orders.
Tap EDIT on the right-hand side of the order screen.
A button with a pencil icon will appear next to each item.
Tap the pencil button next to the item you wish to edit.
A modal will appear with two options. Tap Mark out of Stock or Adjust price.
