  • UberEats

  • GrubHub

  • ChowNow

  • DoorDash

  • Slice


How to connect your ordering providers:

If you are a Popmenu restaurant that has added OrderNerd, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into my.popmenu.com

  2. Click Ordering on the left side panel

  3. Choose Ordering Settings

  4. Then select Settings next to the location you're working with

  5. Choose Integrations and Manage OrderNerd integrations

  6. Click the Ordering Provider of your choice

  7. Click Connect

  8. Enter your provider credentials to log into the Delivery Provider

  9. After you login, you'll be brought back to the Settings screen, make sure the Enabled toggle is On.

Slice Connection:

  • For connecting to Slice, contact your account manager at Slice and request that orders be emailed to NNNNNNNNNN-slice@emailorder.ordernerd.com where NNNNNNNNNN is the ten-digit phone number that is saved in your account.


If you are an OrderNerd restaurant, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into my.ordernerd.com

  2. Choose Integrations at the top of the Dashboard

  3. Click the Ordering Provider of your choice

  4. Click Connect

  5. Enter your provider credentials to log into the Ordering Provider


How to Update your Ordering Provider Information

If you are a Popmenu restaurant that has added OrderNerd, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into my.popmenu.com

  2. Click Ordering on the left side panel

  3. Choose Ordering Settings

  4. Then select Settings next to the location you're working with

  5. Choose Integrations and Manage OrderNerd integrations

  6. Click the Ordering Provider that you need to update

  7. Click Update Credentials and enter your new login information

If you are an OrderNerd restaurant, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into my.ordernerd.com

  2. Choose Integrations at the top of the Dashboard

  3. Click the Ordering Provider that you need to update

  4. Click Update Credentials and enter your new login information


How to Contact Third Party Delivery Drivers

If there is something wrong with an order, you can contact a third party delivery driver directly! You can identify their contact information in the Ordering section within the Popmenu dashboard (not available on the Popmenu app).

How To Identify and Contact 3rd Party Delivery Drivers in my.popmenu.com:

  1. Select Ordering

  2. Select Pickup & Delivery

  3. Select the order in New orders if order is not accepted or in Today if order is accepted and being worked on.

  4. Select the order you are looking into.

  5. Scroll to the bottom of the selected order and view the driver's name and phone number.
