Having email addresses associated with your domain is a great way to boost your brand and professionalism! You can create generic email addresses, like contact@yourdomain.com for customers, or email addresses for owners and managers, like jon@yourdomain.com. All Popmenu needs is the DNS records provided by Google Workspace, or any other email provider.

Create a Mailbox and Email Addresses

Popmenu recommends setting up a Google Workspace for as little as $6 / month. Google Workspace plans provide a custom email for your business and include collaboration tools like Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Chat, Drive, Docs, Sheets. You can choose the edition that's right for you, and trial it for 14 days here.

You're welcome to use any other free or paid email providers, such as Outlook, Rackspace, or your domain hosting company.

Send the DNS records to Popmenu

Once you've set up your email, Popmenu will use your DNS Records to point your domain's email to the Popmenu servers. You'll provide the DNS Records to Popmenu through chat or in an email to support@popmenu.com.
