Confirm the orders are automatically accepted

Enable Order Auto-Firing in the POS

1. Navigate to the Toast POS back end.

2. Select Takeout & Delivery from the left navigation

3. Choose the Online Ordering tab from the top.

4. Find Approval

5. Confirm the Approval Mode is "Send Orders Directly to Kitchen"

6. Save

Enable Order Auto-Firing in the Toast Terminal

1. On the Toast Terminal go to Setup > Main Menu Dashboard

2. Select Device Setup

   

3. Select Order Auto-Firing

   

4. Choose Yes for "Does this device manage scheduled orders or auto-approve any online orders?"

   

5. Choose Continue

Check Future Dated Online Orders

1. In the Toast Terminal go to Mode

2. Choose Pending Orders

   

3. Find the order to print and choose Approve to accept the order.
