Popmenu and Toast's online ordering integration is part of your Popmenu subscription. Popmenu's integration with Toast allows you to use Toast as your payment processor to collect payments for your guests' online orders. Popmenu charges a $1 per pay online pick up order and $1 for delivery(DoorDash orders are an additional $6.99 per order plus tips). As a restaurant, you will collect these funds from your guest through your payment processor automatically.
Popmenu collects these funds from you on a daily or weekly basis by charging a payment method on file.
How to Update Your Payment Method On File For Toast
To enter a new payment method, go to your My Popmenu dashboard
Select settings
Select billing
Add new payment method and enter your new payment method. If you do not want this to be your primarily billing method on file for your overall subscription with Popmenu, deselect the primary billing method.
How to View Your Online Ordering Convenience Fee Invoices
Go to your My Popmenu dashboard
Select settings
Select billing
In the upper right-hand corner, underneath Invoice, you will see a daily or weekly invoice for your online ordering transaction fees
