Below you'll learn how to create a Popmenu online offer code that is available to your customers on a weekly basis! You can create an offer that can be redeemable at a specific time/day for one-time use or on a recurring basis, i.e. every Thursday between 4 and 6 pm.

Set-Up

  • In your My Popmenu dashboard, go to Communication -->Offers. You’ll see that Offers has been separated into two sections: Online Offers and Dine-in Offers

  • Click “Add Offer” under Online Offers to begin creating an Online Offer

  • Select Dynamic Message (recurring offers are only available in the dynamic messages tool). Add the details of your offer including the offer type (percentage or dollar off), and minimum order amount. Recurring offers must be set to Usage Limit MULTIPLE USE.

  • Toggle to the right Scheduling

  • Select the Schedule for the offer, your choices are One Time, Recurring Daily, Weekly, Biweekly or Monthly. A recurring offer will allow you to specify a start and end date as well as times of day (if applicable) or all day.

  • Select your start date and end date- you may select the offer is available all day or toggle all day off and choose specific days and times.

  • If you select a recurring offer, select the day/s the offer is available

  • If you'd like the offer to only be available during a certain time, toggle the all-day toggle off and set time the offer can be redeemable

  • Once the offer is set, press Next! Complete the offer content and

    save the offer.

  • After the offer has been created, you will be directed to the Online Offers table, where you will be able to see your newly minted offer in the “Ready” tab. In this tab, you will be able to see different details about the offer. Before an offer can be sent to guests, it must be activated or set “live” by selecting the Go Live button.

  • Select “Go Live” and then select “Confirm” to activate the offer and set it “Live”. Once you complete this, you will be redirected to the “Live Offers” tab of the Offers page where you will be able to see your newly activated offer.

    Sending Offers Via Mass Messages

    Offers created using the Mass Message delivery method can be attached, which will send out a single e-mail to your customers.

    1. Find the offer you’d like to attach to your Mass Message within Offers in your My Popmenu dashboard.

    2. Go to the “Actions” column and click on the “send arrow

    3. You’ll be redirected to the Mass Message compose section of My Pop where your offer will be automatically attached to a mass message. There you’ll have the opportunity to edit the mass message before sending it out!

    Your Customer's Experience with Recurring Offers

  • The offer will be redeemable only during the time when you have scheduled it for!

  • If the offer is not valid, your customers will get an error message letting them know when the offer is redeemable.

  • They will also get an error message If the offer has expired.
