Disconnected account or failed payment?

Your account may be disconnected if your last payment did not go through.

To update your billing information and pay with a different credit card, log into my.popmenu.com, navigating to Settings (⚙️ ) > Billing.

If you have trouble, please contact us by clicking the chat icon below, and we'll be happy to help you update your payment information!


Expired Domain

While we do provide website hosting (making your site accessible on the internet), we don’t manage domain renewals.

You will need to contact your domain provider to renew your domain. If you do not know who your domain provider is, check out WhoisDomain Tools and your domain provider will be identified under Registrar. Check out step-by-step instructions here.

When your domain registration expires and you renew it again, it might take some time for DNS updates to propagate throughout the entire internet. Give it 24-48 hours, and if you're still not seeing the site propagate, let us know!


DNS Records Don't Match

Make sure your domain records are pointing to our servers. Check out our documentation for common hosting providers!


Wifi Error

Check your website on a different connection to ensure the error is not related to your internet service.

If your website just went live under one week of time, check on a different internet connection to ensure this is not related to your browser's cache.
