Please Call DoorDash Support at (855) 599-7066 with the following:

  • Mention this is for a DoorDash Drive delivery

  • Describe the issue, including Restaurant Name, Customer Name, Customer Phone Number, and Delivery ID


For other issues with DoorDash such as:

  • If the guest has a complaint & wants a refund

  • If a dasher is rude to your restaurant or to your customer

  • Billing/Refunds processing questions
