Do you want certain menus available during certain days and time for online ordering? For example, if you have a lunch menu that guests should only order from between the hours of 11:00 am and 2:00 pm, read on!

  • Go to Online ordering via the Shopping Cart and then select Ordering Settings

  • Select Settings for the specific location's menu you are looking to adjust

  • Select your hours you would like the menu to be available for online ordering by setting the menu hours dropdown from "Using Pickup Hours" to “Using Menu Hours”:

  • Upon selection of this option, you can select days and times during which this menu is available to be ordered from and press save:


Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can my customers see the menu if it's not available?

Menus that are enabled, but not available because of menu hours restrictions, can be seen by guests, but cannot be ordered from. In this case, the Add To Order buttons will be disabled and a message will display to the guest with the hours during which this menu is available.

  • I allow my customers to schedule hours for later in the week, will they be able to see menus that will be available in the future? For example, if it's Friday and they want to place an order for the brunch menu the next day can they?

The short answer is yes! If it's Friday and your brunch menu is available on Saturday from 10am - 2pm, your guest will be able to place this order if they select between 10am and 2pm for Saturday.
