After an offer has been activated and sent out to guests, you can monitor the performance of each offer!

  1. In My Pop, go to Communication and then select Offers

  2. Select the “Live Offers” tab on the Online Offers page

3. Review the following:

  • Redeemed: How many times an offer has been redeemed vs. how many people the offer was sent to

  • Total Order Value: How much business the offer has generated for the restaurant

  • Total Offer Value: Total discount value that guests have enjoyed as a result of using the offer

  • Live: How long the offer has been live for
