Page URLs make sure that your website, menu link, online ordering links, and reservation links drive traffic directly to your website.

Claiming Account Ownership

You will need to be an owner or manager of your Google My Business listing in order to successfully integrate your account in the dashboard. If you are not sure who owns your account use Google's Find and Manager your Business tool and search for your restaurant's name:

If you do not recognize this email, click Request Access and fill out the form. Make sure that you request ownership access:

Troubleshooting

Pending Edits

You may see a warning that says Pending Edits. If you see this, Popmenu's integration is pushing edits to the GMB listing that need to be accepted on Google.

  • To fix this, login to your GMB account: Click Info > ACCEPT ALL FOR THIS LOCATION

Account Verification

You may need to verify your account. If this is the case, select a verification method that works for you, as shown below:

If you receive a Verification Required error this means that you are trying to integrate with an email that Google does not recognize as the owner or manager of the account.

If this is the case, then you will need to identify the email that is the owner or manager and integrate using that email.

Next Steps to Verify your Account

You will need to be an owner or manager of your Google My Business listing in order to successfully integrate your account in the dashboard. If you are not sure who owns your account use Google's Find and Manager your Business tool and search for your restaurant's name:
